Orders & payment

Natural Glow currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. Placing an order is a request to purchase; we may confirm availability by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product price shown at checkout. Shipping is complimentary unless otherwise stated.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Natural variations in botanical ingredients, packaging photography, and batch production may mean the item you receive differs slightly in appearance from site images. If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly after delivery.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us with your order reference. Once shipped, cancellations follow our shipping and returns guidance on the Shipping page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the checkout system (including automated spam orders), attempt unauthorized access to admin areas, or misuse another person's contact details when ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Glow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays by third-party couriers. Our liability related to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
