Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide within Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary by city — major cities typically receive orders within 2–5 business days after confirmation; remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is complimentary on storefront orders unless a promotion or product page states otherwise. Free-shipping thresholds mentioned in marketing (for example on the homepage) apply to eligible orders as described.

Cash on Delivery

Pay when your parcel arrives. Please keep exact change ready if possible. Our team may call or message on WhatsApp to confirm your address and availability before dispatch.

Order confirmation

After checkout you'll see an order confirmation page. We recommend tapping “Confirm Order on WhatsApp” so we can verify your order quickly. You'll need the secure confirmation link from checkout to view your order details again.

Delays & failed delivery

Courier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses. Please ensure your phone number is reachable. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may retry or return the parcel — contact us with your order ID so we can help reschedule.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We'll arrange a replacement or another fair resolution. Opened personal-care products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless the item is defective.
