• To process and deliver Cash on Delivery orders

• To send marketing emails if you opted into the newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To improve our storefront and prevent abuse (for example, rate limiting order submissions)

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share order details with delivery partners solely to fulfill your order, and with service providers that host our website and database (such as our hosting and Supabase infrastructure).

Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, and legal/accounting requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact details by reaching out through the WhatsApp confirmation channel used after checkout, or by emailing the address listed on our store communications. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect order and account data, including access controls for our admin tools and encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the storefront.
